The Beginning of Kid Kakes:
Way back in the ancient year of 2021, my son had a wild dream. He wanted to sell cupcakes one by one to our neighbors, but let's face it, those early attempts were a bit, well, "unique." So, with a sprinkle of tough love, I stepped in to show him the ropes of making legit cupcakes. And guess what? That's when the Kid Kakes magic began!
Our cupcake crew is as diverse as our flavors. David is the brain behind the operations, holding a Servsafe certification to make sure we're food-safe. Tylar is our artistic whiz, responsible for our eye-catching logo and artwork. Taylor handles all things tech and online, and then there's Tommie, our unstoppable sales superstar. She can talk cupcakes like no one else!
Our Mission? To bring joy, sweetness, and delight to the lives of all dessert lovers, one Kupkake at a time. We are more than just a bakery; we are a source of happiness, a hub of creativity, and a testament to the power of family. We believe that every bite of our Kupkakes should be an experience worth savoring, a moment of pure indulgence that brightens your day and tickles your taste buds.

We tried these cupcakes at an event at Martin House Brewery. My husband could not stop talking about how delicious they were for days.
The cake is so light and fluffy and the cake to frosting ratio is perfect. I reached out to the owner about placing another order ASAP and she was very sweet and accommodating.
We will absolutely be placing another order for my daughter's birthday!

I tried this place on a whim after reading reviews and the "about me" the owners put on here. I love cupcakes and ordered the Kustom Half Size (6). to try as many as I could. It was worth the try. It can with a handwritten note telling us the amount of stickers on our box was from a 3 year old helping out. My husband and I got a kick out of that! My absolute favorite was their lemon blueberry.
All of the lemon cupcakes were amazing, and I hate lemon flavored things, so that's a big feat. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

LOVE THESE CUPCAKES. The Austin Cream with chocolate icing is definitely my favorite but with the six different cupcakes, not a single one was less than delicious. So glad I had some late night cravings for cake and was too lazy to drive anywhere or I wouldn't have discovered these treats!!! Came with a handwritten note & cute little stickers all over the box which I loved. Also you can customize basically however you want and the cupcakes have a fresh bakery taste and texture unlike ones you might pick up at a grocery store. 10/10 recommend :)
